Privacy policy

The short version: this site doesn't collect your data, because it has nothing to collect it with.

What we collect

Nothing. Pass or Trash is a static website — there are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments, and no cookies set by us. We don't see who you are when you visit.

Third parties

• X (Twitter): the site links to, and attempts to embed posts from, our X account. When the embed loads, your browser talks to X's servers (platform.twitter.com), and X's own privacy policy applies to that request. We pass X's "do not track" flag on the embed.
• Hosting: the site is served by our hosting provider, which (like any web host) may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operations.
• Outbound links: we link to official sources like Congress.gov and CBO.gov. Their policies apply on their sites.

Changes

If we ever add anything that touches user data — analytics, a newsletter, anything — this page will say so plainly first.
